Raw food ratio: If your dog is at an ideal weight: The average RAW FED DOG will require 2 to 3% of its body weight in raw food daily 2.5% is maxed in most cases. For example Big Gus weighs 65 lbs… His Feeding Formula is 65 x .02 (%) = 1.3 lbs of raw food per day I feed Gus twice a day so split 1.3 lbs in half to feed morning and evening... Equals .65 lbs each feeding.
