I have been raw vegan 5 years and started with a 40 day juice fast.
I have gained 40 pounds of muscle in the last 3 years.
I am 6’2” and 195 pounds and lean.
I strength train 5 times a week.
Currently bench 225 for 8 reps.
I eat about 2600-3000 calories per day.
My macro split is 65% carbs, 20% fats, 15% protein.
