RAW RECIPES:

Juice:
► 9 oranges
► 2 cups pineapple
► 1/4 grapefruit
► 1/2 lemon
► 1/2-1 inch of ginger

Spicy Wraps:
► 4 cups grated carrot
► 2 cups flax meal
► 2 tbsp cumin
► 1/2 tbsp cayenne
► 1/2 tbsp paprika
► 1/2 tbsp pepper
► 1/3 jalapeno (optional)
► 1-2 tsp salt (or to taste)
► 1 tbsp nama shoyu
► 1 tbsp coconut aminos
► 3 cups water
*Dehydrate for 5-6 hours at 115 degrees.

Chipotle Barbecue Hummus:
► 2 cups sunflower seeds
► 1 tbsp chipotle powder
► 1-2 tsp salt
► 1 clove garlic
► 1 tbsp red onion
► 1/4 tsp pepper
► 1/3 jalapeno
► 1/2 lemon juice
► 1 1/2 cup water

Pico de Gallo:
► 1/2 jalapeno
► 2 medium tomatoes (roma or on-the-vine)
► 1/2 red onion
► 1 lime (juiced)
► 1 tbsp cilantro
► salt and pepper to taste

Fettuccine Alfredo Sauce:
► 6 garlic gloves
► 2 tbsp miso paste
► 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
► 2 cups of cashews
► 1 lemon juiced
► 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
► 4 tsp thyme
► 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
► 1/2 tsp pepper (or to taste)
► 1 1/3 cup water (if you want a thinner consistency than add more)

✰ PLANT BASED RECIPES:

♡ Blueberry Pancakes:
► 2 cups wild blueberries (frozen or thawed)
► 2 cups oat flour
► 3 tbsp baking powder
► 1/2 tsp salt
► 2 tbsp agave nectar
► 1/2 scoop Sunwarrior’s Tahitian Vanilla Protein
► 2 droppers Sweet Leaf Vanilla Creme Drops (https://amzn.to/3Nqv0Xy)
► 2 tbsp coconut oil
► 2 cups vanilla almond milk (feel free to use any nut milk of choice)
► 2 tbsp milled flax seeds mixed with 6 tbsps water
*Makes 6-8 medium pancakes

♡ Rice Noodle Stir Fry:
► 1/2 white onion
► 2 medium carrots
► 3/4-1 bell pepper
► 2 green onion
► 7 oz tofu
► 1 pack of rice noodles
► 3 gloves garlic
► 1/4 tsp cayenne
► 1/4 tsp black pepper
► 1 tbsp minced ginger
► Chili flakes to taste

♡ Fajitas
► 1 1/2 white onion
► 3 bell pepper (yellow, green and red)
► 5-10 baby bella mushrooms
► 2-3 small passion fruits (depending on how sour you want it)
► 2 beyond meat plant based burger patties

► 1 tsp cumin
► 1/8 tsp cayenne
► 1/4 tsp paprika
► 1/4-1/2 tsp salt
► 1/8 tsp pepper
