A notorious serial killer is being released from prison. Charles Sobraj is a French national known as The Serpent. His life and crimes were depicted in a Netflix mini-series by the same name. Sobraj was linked to the killings of more than 20 young western travelers throughout Asia in the 70s and 80s by drugging their food and drinks. He then stole from them.
