In todays video, I will be sharing my personal experience with a 3 day RAW fruits & vegetables fast. I initially wanted to only do juice, but I was unaware of how much fruits and veggies I needed to make enough juice for 3 days, so I did juice along with raw fruits and veggies.
WHY did I go on this fast ?
There is always a WHY to everything, or at least there should be. I specifically went on this raw fruits and veggies fast, because after much research the raw diet is the quickest and most efficient way to heal mentally, physically, emotionally, & spiritually AND OVERALL healthiest diet/lifestyle. I am on a journey to healing my body of eczema, health anxiety, depression, panic attacks, undiagnosed gut issues, allergies etccc. Gut health is VERY important, itβs our second brain. So once you have a healthy gut, you have a healthy life. I am a FIRM believer of food is medicine and we can heal ourselves, even with just the mind. So I have been meditating daily as well to reprogram my subconscious mind.
So am I vegan ?
No I am not and never have been ! But I have been trying to transition for about 2 years now. I went completely cold turkey 2 years ago after learning about foods causing so many health issues, along with a great spiritual awakening. Unfortunately my experience going cold Turkey was traumatizing so I slowly started to eat meat again, but only turkey and chicken, sometimes fish. I still aspire to transition to a whole foods, raw, alkaline, lol whatever you wanna call it. I only wanna eat the foods that are created to heal my body. Iβm being kind to myself this time around, and doing a lot more research. So I will be implementing a lot of fast to rid my body of toxins and all the bad ick thatβs been sitting over the years. I do believe after a lot of routine raw fast, and/or alkaline fast my body will get use to those foods so that the transition happens smoother.
