Raw vegan salad for weight loss

Turmeric & tahini dressing:
*Double or triple the recipe if you want more dressing.

1/3 cup tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
1-3 tbsp agave nectar ( depending on how sweet you want it as the tahini can give a bitter taste)
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 chink minced fresh ginger root
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp water to start. If you want a thinner consistency add more water.

Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth! Add more water if needed.

For the salad:
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Zucchini noodles
Carrot noodles
Coriander
Red fermented cabbage
Sprouted lentils (look below for instructions )
Top your salad with :
sprouted pumpkin seeds
Sprouted sunflower seeds
Activated Crushed brazil nuts


Start by making your zucchini noodles and carrot noodles. For this you will need the device I used in the video to make perfect noodles from your vegetables.
Hopefully your lentils are sprouted and ready to be eaten!
Here’s how to sprout:
Step 1. Place lentils in a clean bowl and fill up with clean water. The amount of water should be four times the amount of lentils.
Step 2.Cover with a clean towel and let sit on your counter top for 7 hours.
Step 3. Discard the water and simply water your lentils discarding the water each time, once in the morning, Middle of the day and at night.
Step 4.Do this for 24-48 hours or until your lentil sprouts are an inch long. Then store in fridge.

Now just put everything in a bowl, top with dressing and you got dinner!
