anorexia has controlled my life for the past 2.5 years. for a while, i felt so embarrassed about my eating disorder and tried my hardest to hide it. i've gone back and forth in my head about whether i should be so vulnerable on the internet, but i'm finally ready to come forward and share my full story.
if you are going through a similar thing, know that you are not alone. there IS light at the end of the tunnel, no matter how hard that may be to see. you don't deserve to live a life trapped in your eating disorder. you deserve health, happiness, and freedom- so that you can live your fullest life. the longer you wait, the harder it becomes to fight this battle. don't listen to its' lies. please reach out to somebody and get the help that you deserve. you are so loved.
