hi guys :)
I can't believe it's 3 years of recovery as of 01/08/2024. this has been such a whirlwind of a journey and i'm so proud of everything i've done to get me to this point of fully recovered.
last month i asked on instagram for some ideas of topics for advice and you guys had so many! i tried to give some generalised advice but ofc please do seek professional opinions if you are starting to recover from an ed.
ps. i tried a new editing software for this video - apologies if there are some bits to fully iron out. it worked better on my laptop but i do need to get more used to using it :)
lots of love
milly xx
