A man allegedly abandoned a dog at a self storage facility in North Carolina and now police are reportedly investigating. Surveillance video from the facility shows the man let the dog out of the car, then pour out a pile of dog food on the grass before driving away. The incident was reported to the local sheriff’s office.The dog was taken to a local SPCA shelter. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
