California's Caioti Pizza Cafe says it is famous for helping hundreds of women go into labor after they eat their salad. The simple salad is made of romaine, watercress, walnuts, and gorgonzola. The restaurant says it is all in their secret dressing. Nicolette Castellanos ate the salad and 24 hours later her baby was born. It also worked for food blogger Jazz Leaf, who had her daughter a month ago.
