Jason Goldstein, a chef and food blogger for Chop Happy, says you have a two-hour window to keep your charcuterie board out until it’s unsafe for your guests to eat. After that time, he says that bacteria can form and your guests could get sick. For a reminder, Goldstein recommends setting a timer for an hour and 45 minutes so you can have enough time to put it back in the fridge.
