A brown bear cub was lucky that rescuers found him when they did. Forestry authorities in Poland say the cub was found alone, with no sign of his mother. They say he was exhausted and hungry, and they decided he should be captured and taken for treatment. A veterinarian said the little bear was in serious condition and immediately gave it some food. The cub is going to be tested and treated, with the hope of sending him back into the woods.
