Eating fast food is the common food option you choose when you are hungry, or going out for lunch or dinner, or hanging out with friends.

Fast foods are too tasty that you can't even think of a healthier option.

Eating fast food occasionally will do no harm but, if you eat fast food more than two times a week or everyday, it will show harmful effects on your different body organs and sometimes it can lead to death as well.

Here are the harmful effects of eating fast food everyday:

1. Eating fast food everyday can increase your blood pressure, as the fast foods contain higher level of sodium in it as a form of preservatives, which when goes into the blood circulation leads to blood vessels contractions  and lead to high blood pressure.

2. If you eat fast food daily it can raise your blood pressure and ultimately leads to stroke.

3. Eating fast food everyday can lead to diabetes, because fast foods are rich in sugar content, which gives an instant sugar spike in the body and the remaining sugar is stored in the form of carbohydrates, which cause insulin resistance leading to diabetes.

4. When you eat fast food regularly, it can increase your cholesterol levels, as these foods are made of saturated fats which amounts to about 75% of daily required saturated fats, leading to high cholesterol.

5. If you eat fast foods daily, it can lead to severe nutritional deficiencies because these foods lack in fibers, vitamins and minerals and are full of calories, carbs and fats.
