I am currently in my cutting cycle! For those of you who aren’t familiar, a cutting cycle are when you're trying to lose fat and maintain muscle mass.

Today I am going to walk you through my daily diet during this cutting cycle. Eating is very important for your health and it is also important to enjoy the food you consume. You don’t need to eat just chicken and rice to be healthy and fit. If this is going to be a sustainable lifestyle, the key is to enjoy it. In this video, we breakdown what I eat from breakfast, lunch and dinner.
